- Designed front-end interactions and developed back-end connectivity for a comprehensive
Human Resources intranet to communicate between existing Oracle Databases,
Legacy Terminals, Cold Fusion, Edify and web applications.
- Included dynamic menu options based on Nine Levels of access including managerial,
payroll, and Customer Service administrative options.
- Allowed employees to update W-4 information, view Pay stubs, purchase and sell
bonds, set up charity deductions, track their sick leave and vacation
balances, establish emergency contacts, and update contact information.
- A Manager's Toolkit menu to look up extensive personal and training data
for all of their employees, assign substitute managers, and assemble reports
for employee compensation and vacation balances.
- Access for Customer Service Representatives to log in on behalf of employees
to initiate changes.
- Option for High-level administrators to grant or deny employees access to menu
items.

Requirements Gathering/Call-Flow Support
- This is the project management site for the MAFC project. It was an online
meeting place between Workforce and Lockheed Martin. I was responsible
for maintenance of this site. Of key interest is the call-flow charts
I designed to plan out the project, they can be found under the "New Hire"
section of the site.

Benefits 2000
Edify Developer/HTML Storyboarding
- Planned, designed, and implemented an upgrade of the existing Benefits Enrollment
intranet application for year 2000 annual enrollment. Implemented additional
functionality and reformatted the site for new browser developments and
interactivity.

Front-End Support for Cold Fusion Developer/StoryBoarding/Form Design and Validation
- Provided front-end support in a Cold Fusion environment to enhance an existing
Human Resources Intranet.
- Responsible for layout, form validation, and planned call flows based on the requirements.
- Completely replaced the existing Human Resource's Application to include a user directory,
JavaScript confirmations and Dynamic HTML interactivity.
- Planned and designed a user interface for an employee appraisal module with multi-level functionality
using Cold Fusion support.
